All of our workshops have a preventative and early intervention approach. You can find more information about our approach and values here. Our workshops are designed for parents, carers and adult family members who want to start helping their child before problems get deep rooted and complex. Some parents also come to our workshops to feel more confident and prepared in case their child struggles with their emotional health in the future. In each workshop there is a strong focus on developing ideas and tools to help your child. We include a resource pack of worksheets to use with your child. We also have a Q&A session at the end of each workshop. We usually run our workshops in the evenings and when possible encourage both parents, carers or multiple adult family members to attend. This can help to develop a joined up and consistent approach to supporting your child’s emotional health. We have received really positive feedback from our Parent Workshops. Responding to our feedback survey, 100% said they were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’. You can read parent testimonials and feedback here.
